Introduction

Chemical composition

Chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials, erucic acid amide propyl betaine, also known as: erucic acid amide propyl betaine, abbreviated as erucic acid betaine, erucic acid amide betaine, erucic acid propyl betaine. This product is also the main agent of self-steering acid for clean fracturing acidification, the main agent of variable viscosity diversion acid, and the main agent of clean fracturing fluid. It is a high-temperature resistant viscoelastic surfactant that can withstand temperatures of 110 degrees Celsius. If compounded with other products, the temperature resistance can be further improved. It has excellent performance in oil field drilling, acidification, fracturing, oil recovery and other fields.

Performance and use

1. STD EAB40 has the following characteristics:

1) It has good compatibility with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants.

2) It has mild performance, good foaming and foam stability, and can reduce the irritation of anionic surfactants.

3) It has good thickening properties when compounded with anionic surfactants.

4) It has good antistatic, antibacterial, biodegradable and very low biological toxicity.

5) It has strong salt and hard water resistance.

6) It is used as the main agent, thickener, viscoelastic surfactant, oil displacement agent of self-steering acid in oil and gas fields, and as thickener, conditioner, wetting agent, antibacterial agent, antistatic agent, etc. in daily chemical or other industrial fields.

2. STD EAB40 is used as the main agent, thickener, viscoelastic surfactant, oil displacement agent, etc. of self-steering acid in oil and gas fields, and has the following properties and uses:

1) The carbon number of the hydrophobic group of STD EAB40 erucic acid amide propyl betaine is 25. and it contains double bonds, amide bonds and other groups that enhance solubility. The critical micelle concentration (cmc) is 1.02×10-5 mol/L, and the corresponding surface tension γcmc is 29.60 mN/m. The compound system can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension of 10-4~10-3mN/m with crude oil under various reservoir conditions, and the interfacial performance is excellent.

2) STD EAB40 erucic acid amide propyl betaine in salt solutions or acid solutions with different pH values, as the concentration of hydrochloric acid continues to decrease and the pH value increases, the viscosity of the system increases rapidly, forming viscoelastic solutions or gels of different strengths. This product is one of the ideal surfactants for clean fracturing fluids, self-steering acids, and viscoelastic surfactants (VES).

3) STD EAB40 erucic acid amide propyl betaine is used in viscoelastic surfactant self-steering acid systems, playing the role of changing viscosity, self-steering acid, and slowing acid. It is used in diversion acidification of heterogeneous reservoirs. The acid system automatically becomes viscous with the acid-rock reaction, has the effect of diversion acidification, and will not cause secondary damage to the formation.

4) STD EAB40 erucic acid amide propyl betaine is used in viscoelastic surfactant (VES) systems, which has the advantages of easy preparation and construction, high viscosity, high elasticity, automatic steering, low friction, reduced acid loss, strong stability (salt resistance), easy backflow without residue, and no damage to the formation.

5) The viscoelastic system of STD EAB40 erucic acid amidopropyl betaine can withstand temperatures of 90℃~110℃. If it is compounded with other surfactants, the temperature resistance can reach 130℃. It can also be used in combination with STD OAB40 oleic acid amidopropyl betaine to reduce costs. This product is an ideal viscoelastic surfactant for production enhancement and transformation operations in heterogeneous multilayer sandstone reservoirs and medium-low permeability reservoirs in medium-high temperature oil and gas reservoirs.

6) STD EAB40 erucic acid amidopropyl betaine can be used in oil and gas field drilling, acidizing, fracturing, oil recovery and other fields, and has achieved good results in many oil fields at home and abroad.

Add according to the application formula. Reference amount: 2.0%-5.0%.
