Chemical composition

Shanghai erucic acid amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine, chemically synthesized from imported high-purity refined raw materials, alias: erucic acid amide propyl dimethylamine, erucic acid acyl propyl dimethyl tertiary amine, erucic acid PKO, dimethylamine propyl erucic acid amide, belongs to the long-chain alkyl amide propyl dimethyl tertiary amine series, can be used as acid fracturing thickener, viscoelastic surfactant.

Performance and use

1. Used as emulsifier, wetting agent, dispersant, antistatic agent, softener, detergent, rust inhibitor, thickener and bactericide.

2. Can be used for automotive wax, cosmetics, industrial cleaning agent, acid cleaning agent, degreasing agent, agricultural spray oil, herbicide, dyes and pigments, lubricating cutting oil, metal processing, papermaking, paint, petroleum, plastics, polishing wax, surface treatment, textile, leather making.

3. As a viscoelastic surfactant (VES) for acid fracturing, it is used in acid fracturing and is formulated with brine and hydrochloric acid to form a new gelling acid system.

4. The system will not produce any residues on the surface of the acid-etched cave, avoiding secondary damage to the formation, and is environmentally friendly and clean.
