Introduction

Aromatic extraction defoamer STD-17 is a high-efficiency silicone defoamer, which is produced by special process. This product has the appearance of milky white viscous liquid, non-toxic, no special smell, no corrosion, non-flammable and non-explosive.

Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.

Characteristics

This additive has good thermal stability and oxidation resistance. When the bubble liquid film contacts the defoamer, it can quickly reduce the surface tension of the liquid film, so that the bubbles can be quickly defoamed. The amount used is small, and it has the dual effects of strong defoaming and anti-foaming.

Properties

This additive has the appearance of milky white or light yellow viscous liquid, which is irritating to the human body.

Use

STD-17 Aromatic extraction defoamer is specially used in aromatic devices with cyclopentane sulfone and N-formylmorpholine as extraction solvents to eliminate the foam generated by the extraction stripping tower.

Precautions

1. When using this product, it can be diluted with toluene before adding. The dilution ratio is generally 1:10

2. Injection point: Select the solvent inlet extraction distillation (C-401) pipeline

3. Injection amount: This additive can be injected into the system evenly and continuously with a plunger metering pump, and the injection amount is about 1-3mg/kg of the raw material.

Packaging

This additive is packaged in a plastic-lined iron barrel or plastic barrel with a net weight of 200kg.

Storage protection

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire, heat sources, and avoid direct sunlight.
